Based in downtown McKinney, Texas, Hey Lolly crafts naturally-leavened, freshly-milled whole wheat breads in small batches. Yep, we grind the wheat into flour shortly before mixing, and leave out dough conditioners, preservatives, commercial yeast, and all those other ingredients you can’t pronounce. So all you will find are truly natural ingredients (like non-GMO chemical free wheat, sea salt, and water). We think it’s incredible and trust you will too.

Our favorite is to enjoy whipped butter and honey on The Rustic for breakfast, sharp cheddar cheese toasted on Herb Savor with a mixed green salad for lunch, or Chocolate Chocolate Chip bread as a treat. What’s yours?
